1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Arc Fitness ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Arc Fitness is a health and fitness tracking platform that allows users to:

• Track workouts, exercises, and physical activities

• Monitor intermittent fasting schedules

• Record health metrics and body measurements
• Connect with fitness coaches
• Sync data from third-party fitness devices and services

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. User Content and Data

4.1 Your Content

• We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services
• You can disconnect these integrations at any time through the app settings

6. Coaching Services

The Service may connect you with independent fitness coaches. Please note:

• Coaches are independent contractors, not employees of Arc Fitness
• We do not guarantee the qualifications or advice provided by coaches
• Any agreements or payments between you and coaches are separate from our Service
• You should consult healthcare professionals before starting any fitness program

7. Health Disclaimer

• Never disregard professional medical advice because of information from this Service
• If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or emergency services immediately
• The Service does not provide medical diagnoses or treatment recommendations
• Data from fitness devices may not be accurate and should not be used for medical decisions

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Arc Fitness and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may request export of your data before termination.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ALL IN ONE FITNESS, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
• Any bugs, viruses, or the like that may be transmitted through the Service
• Any errors or omissions in any content

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Arc Fitness and its licensees, licensors, employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Arc Fitness operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
